Our Employment Services program, delivered through EmployNext and powered by Serco, is designed to help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and connect with meaningful employment opportunities. We provide hands-on, personalized support to job seekers at every stage of their employment journey, whether they are entering the workforce for the first time, returning after a break, or seeking a new career path.
We proudly serve both individuals referred through Social Assistance programs and community members who walk in independently seeking support. Our team understands that every person’s situation is unique, which is why we offer comprehensive, client-focused services tailored to individual goals, strengths, and barriers to employment.
Our services may include resume and cover letter assistance, interview preparation, job search support, career exploration, employment readiness workshops, digital skills support, and connections to local employers and training opportunities. We work closely with participants to create realistic employment plans and provide ongoing encouragement and guidance throughout the process.
