Who Can Access This Service
- β Eligible permanent residents & newcomers including Government-Assisted & Privately Sponsored Refugees.
- β Individuals and families experiencing multiple or complex settlement barriers
How It Works
Referral
Complete a NAARS assessment to determine eligibility and receive a referral for Case Management services if needed.
Eligibility Assessment
A Case Management staff member will assess your needs and determine if Case Management is right for you.
Meet Your Case Manager
If eligible, you'll be matched with a Case Manager to create a personalized plan based on your goals and needs new.
Ongoing Support
Your Case Manager will coordinate services and connect you with resources in your preferred language.
