Since 1987, Reception House Waterloo Region has welcomed and supported over 10,000 refugees. We have walked together with our newcomer friends with resilience and courage. Now, it is time to celebrate their strength in weakness & the people who have made it possible for them to call Waterloo Region their home.
Join us for a fun filled evening honouring our past, and looking to the future.
This is not your average gala! The evening will feature:
Dynamic performances by featured guests.
Diverse and mouth-watering dishes.
Silent auction/prizes.
Dress Code: None! (whatever makes you feel comfortable….and fabulous!)
